Natasha Walker-O’Brien, MHC-LP, CASAC-T
Receiving her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, Natasha is a compassionate, empathetic and culturally competent therapist with extensive knowledge in addiction counseling. She is well versed in working with a diverse age group with disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma and mood disorders. Furthermore, Natasha has also worked closely with the LGBTQ population.
She believes in the importance of the therapeutic alliance and encourages her clients to engage in self-exploration in order to create positive change. Natasha combines multiple therapeutic orientations tailored to her client’s needs including CBT, DBT, Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.
Natasha is available for evening appointments at the Manhattan office.
