Megan’s office is a safe space. Her therapeutic approach centers on the unique quality and experience of each client.  Megan works successfully to help individuals reach fulfillment while meeting their personal goals and lessening depression, and anxiety.  She feels deeply that trust is crucial to the therapeutic relationship.  Megan works to help her clients understand their emotions and identify destructive internal dialogue so to replace patterns of pain with effective coping mechanisms.  Megan supports her clients so they can reach a place of success and increase joy in their lives.

Megan has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works with individuals, couples and families.   She believes in a holistic approach that integrates, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy and mindfulness.  Megan collaborates with you so you can meet your goals in your personal life, career and build self-esteem. She has worked with clients with depression, anxiety, relational issues, infertility, sexuality, eating disorders, personality disorders and substance abuse.
