My goal as a therapist is to provide support around insights, questions, concerns, and emotions that arise through current and past experiences. My practice emphasizes that it isn’t always about the outcome as much as it is about whats unfolding. I will work with you through your journey of self-exploration, healing, and your ability to implement effective coping strategies, and achieve and set realistic life goals.
I work with a wide array of therapeutic issues including anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, and infertility.
My therapeutic approach is supportive, non-judgmental and culturally competent.
In therapy, I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, as I believe a holistic approach is the best way to meet the individual needs of every client. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Family Therapy. I have evening appointments available, and work with individuals, families and groups.
