Katelyn Wilson Murphy

Kate works with people who face anxiety, depression, marital/relationship problems, and grief and loss. She brings significant experience working with diverse populations including college students, people who identify as LGBTQ, and individuals struggling with personal and professional transitions. Bringing a client-centered, strengths-based approach, Kate focuses on empowering people to develop healthy lifestyles, strengthen their coping skills, and achieve their goals at work, at home, and in life. Kate leverages training in mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, neurobiology and attachment theory. She holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA from Colgate University.
