Emily believes in using a collaborative, client centered, warm therapeutic approach to help those struggling with anxiety, work/life balance, career stress, relationships, and other challenges She focuses on working together to explore patterns that may be causing you to feel overwhelmed in your relationships, career, or life so that you can implement effective coping strategies. Her main goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for you as you work with her to take concrete, focused steps to create lasting change in your life.
She works with individuals, families and couples, and utilize a variety of approaches depending on your needs – including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a Psychodynamic approach, and Relational frameworks.
Emily is a licensed social worker with a Master’s degree from Fordham University. She has experience working with a variety of clients, including individual adults, veterans, adolescents, families, and the LGBTQ community.
