Amanda believes that a holistic approach is the best way to meet the individual needs of every client; therefore she utilizes a variety of treatment modalities. These can range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Family Therapy, to mindfulness techniques or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Amanda’s therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, client-centered, and strengths-based. She works to facilitate personal growth by providing empathy and attentiveness to empower clients and help them to set and achieve realistic goals. She works with individuals struggling with life transitions, trauma (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and parenting as well as relationship issues.
